Primarily it helps the development of upper body muscles such as in the chest, shoulders and upper arms, but it can also be used to work on the lower back, abdominal muscles and leg strengthening.

The Rower provides a full-body work-out and helps to tone upper and lower body muscles and develop general cardiovascular fitness.
Sit on the seat and place your feet on the footrests, keep your back flat and start rowing. Avoid over-stretching your arms, over-scrunching your knees or leaning back too far, as it would put too much strain on your joints.
Gradually increase the speed and intensity to make the exercise more challenging.
The rower allows the user to perform gentle exercises with no strain on the joints and is ideal for low impact workouts or warm-ups.

The Wild Way Walk features an attractive route through an informal, but managed, area of the park. Featuring wild flowers and mature trees. Worth a visit during the spring and summer months.
